5 axis CNC spring machine has 5 sets of servo motors. Compared with similar equipment, it increases the number of wire feeding rollers, improves the wire feed traction, the reliability of wire feed precision and wire feed shaft bearing durability. The size of all parts have increased, improving the strength and stiffness of the whole machine. Wire feeding mechanism has two speed transmission which are high speed and low speed. The functions of straight cut, subtend cut, swing cut, twist cut are complete. The control system matches the remote Internet interface, and the software has a graphical automatic programming template. After inputting the required value, the system will automatically generate a spring program, and the required coiled spring can be completed by slight modification. The machine can be equipped with image detector.
