CK660Y CNC mould coiling spring making machine has 6 sets of servo motors, completely abandoned the traditional 5 axis CAM reducing mechanism. The CNC system directly controls the spring diameter and reducing diameter, so new workers are easy to learn and understand. The assist mandrel mechanism adopts the hydraulic locking function, and it is fixed by the hydraulic jack after lifting, which is easy to operate with small vibration and high incision precision. The functions of straight cut, subtend cut, swing cut, and twist cut are complete. It is suitable for rectangular wire, trapezoid wire, and round wire to coil springs. The control system adopts the most advanced 5G-3D (AW5000) touch screen control system software, which is matched with the remote Internet interface. The software has a 3D automatic programming template. After entering the required values, the system automatically generates the spring program, and the required spring can be completed with a little modification. It can be equipped with an image detector.
