Precision grinding for spring ends
SLM series CNC spring end grinding machine is mainly used for grinding the double sides of compression springs (including cylindrical springs, conical springs, and double conical springs). The machine uses two upright grinding wheels with adjustable feeding speed and height control, allowing the spring to reach a preset height and achieve maximum grinding capacity according to pressure settings. It includes self-compensation, self-reset, and alarm functions. Human-machine interaction enables programming via the screen for easy operation and higher productivity.
